A six-month journey around Western Europe, visiting England, Belgium,
France, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Denmark. There
were extended stays in London (with family), Paris, Aix-en-Provence,
Rome, Venice and Amsterdam to allow full exploration of these areas.
In an attempt to travel light, I carried my dad’s Nikon 140ED, a compact
point-and-shoot film camera which had a built-in 38-140mm lens.
It performed pretty well, though there were times when I was carrying
around way too many rolls of developed film for my liking!
